Here at Swoon London we want your bag to be truly yours, and if available you will have the option to personalise your bag when ordering on the product page!

The Process

We personalise your bag with up to 4 letters via a process called blind debossing. We hand stamp your initials onto our leather bags.

Hand finishing your personalised orders take up to 2 working days. We then ship orders based on your delivery choice. When ordering for a specific date, please allow extra time when ordering personalised items to ensure they arrive in time.

Can I return?

Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature when we personalise your bag they are non-returnable and non-refundable as they have been changed from the original at the purchaser's request. If you feel like your personalised item may be faulty please do get in touch with us at hello@swoonlondon.com.

Disclaimer

Every product is hand finished, whilst utmost care is always taken, there may be times where two debossed bags may not be identical, Due to the nature of hand finished products, we cannot guarantee the same outcome every time. Therefore every product will differ slightly.

Debossing sits lower than the rest of the material and is a discreet and elegant for of personalisation.

Personalisation is not available on all items.
